Properties managed directly by Cadogan have a dedicated point of contact at Cadogan and some have on-site staff who provide assistance during the day. We also provides a 24 hour emergency service via our area caretakers (020 7730 1630).
Some of our properties are subject to a service charge while for others the rent paid is inclusive of service charge costs. Where a lease is for an entire building, the tenant is normally responsible for all repairs and other outgoings.
